I am delighted to be starting a weekly in person class at Jackton Primary School, Jackton, East Kilbride Glasgow G75 8WG from 21st April every Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm.

These classes are designed for all levels to enjoy.
Totally new to yoga? You will be gently encouraged and never pressured to do more than you want to. For those with more experience - if you wish to deepen your practice you too will be encouraged to do what works for you.
